This is a break through invention in electro surgery. Any tissue or any vessel of 10 millimeter or more diameters can be effectively and safely coagulated for open as well as endoscopic surgery.

Different models are available. The model shown in the picture is the most versatile and ergonomic model. Because of this special shape of the forceps it can be used for coagulation in difficult areas like inside the abdominal cavity, pelvis, deep in the vagina etc. In future bipolar forceps with this technology will become an inevitable tool in all operation theatres for all surgeons for homeostasis. Use of suture material can be minimized. The total expenditure when this bipolar is used for hysterectomy is only a 50cm vicryl to close the wall.
